Bring your own tents for shade if you would like and
parking has a nominal fee from the festival. When you arrive at the park
follow the left entrance and we are right at the entrance field. You can
unload your dog stuff and then find parking.
There is a LaQuinta and a Red Roof hotel in Macon if you
are planning staying. There is no special block as most people will drive
down and back for this one day event. However, if you want to stay
overnight you MUST call now to find a hotel as the hotels book fast for this
event.
Remember that if you are new this is the event for you to
come to as the Disc Dog Southern Nationals will be held again at the Atlanta
Dogwood Festival and that tournament is only for the professionals. So, we
encourage you to come watch the Southern Nationals, but please leave your dogs
not competing at home and we ask only professionals enter the Southern
Nationals' two Qualifying divisions. More information coming on the
Southern Nationals soon.
