You may join the Greater Atlanta Dog and Disc Club at any of our events or by printing out and completing the form below. Dues are:

• $28.00 for individual annual membership.
• $120.00 for individual lifetime membership.
• $36.00 for family annual membership (Includes children up to 17 years of age).
• $150.00 for family lifetime membership.
